While we carefully select each item in our collection, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail we apply to our products.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Original proof of purchase must accompany the return
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made curtains (due to specific measurements)
- Personalized wall decor items
- Opened organization products (drawer dividers, storage boxes)
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (including return address)
- Any special packaging requirements for delicate items
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in their original packaging and include:
- Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
- Copy of your order confirmation
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) desired in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- Return shipping must be via tracked mail
- Customs forms should be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
